Welcome, and thank you for visiting my site!
My therapy practice is committed to helping people pursue happier, healthier, more fulfilled lives. Throughout the course of life, people will encounter challenges and transitions that can be stressful, even overwhelming. Ultimately, these periods are rife with opportunity for exploration and change.
Therapy relies on developing a trusting and collaborative relationship between client and therapist. You are tasked with bringing courage, openness, and a willingness to examine and reflect. I promise to bring respect, curiosity, and a deep appreciation for each individual's unique story, complexities, and strengths.
During therapy there will be occasions to delve deep, and light moments infused with humor. You will learn more about yourself–your dreams, fears, needs, formative life experiences, and most importantly, your capacity for growth.
I would be honored to join you in this powerful process of self-discovery.

My style is authentic, warm, interactive and supportive, encouraging clients to uncover their inner resources, wisdom and strengths allowing them to move toward their fullest potential.
